Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect in the digital team, you will help clients to manage the demands of fast-moving business environments. We expect you to have a strong interest in technology and ability to drive innovation with creative solutions. You should have a broad expertise and proven experience in various areas such as web, mobile, Cloud, emerging technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Translate business goals into Gen AI / Agentic AI enabled architectures (RAG, agents, etc).
  • Own end-to-end solution design across application, data, integration, security, and observability.
  • Participate in new client facing opportunities, provide technical leadership and lead the team in implementations.
  • Lead hands-on new solutions and POCs that de-risk decisions and graduate to MVPs; guide engineering through build and run.
  • Establish LLMOps: evaluation, tracing/observability, guardrails/safety, and prompt/version management with clear SLOs and quality metrics.
  • Architect data flows (batch/stream) and vector search; define APIs/events and tool/agent contracts.
  • Make platform/model choices (managed vs OSS, serving strategies) with cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Embed security & privacy by design: Zero-Trust, IAM/OIDC, secrets/KMS, data minimization, compliance controls.
  • Plan delivery and backlogs; coordinate multi-disciplinary squads; run design/code reviews and technical governance.
  • Engage stakeholders with discovery, roadmaps, estimates; communicate risks, benefits, and ROI in plain language.
  • Coach teams; codify reusable patterns, templates, and reference implementations.

Qualifications::

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of enterprise application or data platform architecture experience, including 2 years of designing production grade Gen AI systems.
  • Strong exposure to data science and machine learning.
  • Proven architecture leadership across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/Kubernetes or serverless, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Mandatory hands-on multiple cloud experience of at 3 years in each of the AWS, GCP & Azure environments, with at least one year hands-on experience with Gen AI, Agentic AI technologies.
  • Hands-on with at least one agent/RAG stack: LangChain/LangGraph, DSPy, OpenAI/Anthropic tool use, Databricks Agents or equivalent.
  • Practical LLMOps: evaluation (LLM judges, task metrics), tracing/observability (MLflow/OpenTelemetry), prompt/version registries, CI/CD for AI.
  • Lakehouse / Data expertise: Delta/Iceberg/Hudi; streaming (Kafka/Kinesis/Pub/Sub); vector search (Databricks Vector Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, Vespa, etc.).
  • API & integration design: REST/gRPC/GraphQL, event-driven patterns, contract/version management.
  • Security & governance: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT/mTLS, secrets management, data classification/lineage, access policies, content safety/guardrails.
  • Strong communicator: can frame cost/benefit, risk, and ROI; writes clear design docs; influences across org boundaries.
  • Good understanding of mobile and web applications.
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
  • Experiences in managing client relationship and expectation.
  • Fast learner, achiever, sets high personal goals.
