Responsibilities

SAP Technical Lead – ABAP / ATC / Fiori


Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Lead to lead technical activities for a large-scale Brownfield++ SAP S/4HANA Migration Program. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ABAP, ATC, custom code remediation, S/4HANA conversion, and Fiori, along with proven technical leadership in enterprise SAP transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP technical workstream across S/4HANA Brownfield migration activities.
  • Drive ABAP code remediation, custom code adaptation, ATC assessments, and simplification item analysis.
  • Manage SPAU/SPDD, code optimization, and S/4HANA readiness activities.
  • Lead SAP Fiori and Gateway enablement, including app activation, Launchpad, OData services, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development and architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with Functional, Basis, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
  • Support migration rehearsals, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Identify technical risks, drive resolution, and provide technical guidance to development teams.


Mandatory Requirements

  • 10–15 years of SAP Technical/ABAP consulting experience.
  • Mandatory: Successfully completed at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration project in a lead capacity.
  • Expert-level SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA custom code adaptation experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP ATC / ABAP Test Cockpit
  • Simplification Item Analysis
  • SPAU/SPDD
  • Custom Code Remediation & Optimization
  • S/4HANA Conversion/Upgrade
  • Strong SAP Fiori & Gateway experience covering Fiori App Activation, Launchpad, OData, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and delivery skills.


Preferred

  • SAP ABAP/S/4HANA certification.
  • Experience across multiple SAP transformation programs.
  • Global/multicultural project experience.


Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will be hands-on SAP Technical Leads with deep ABAP, ATC, Fiori, and Brownfield S/4HANA Migration expertise, capable of taking ownership of technical delivery in a complex client environment.
