PeopleLAKE Group Hiring! Full Time Human Resources Specialist in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, update and maintain HR documents, employee records and leave records for client employees.
2. Act as the point of contact for client employees on HR-related matters and respond to employee queries in a timely, professional and helpful manner.
3. Update the payroll team on employee movements and monthly changes, including new joiners, resignations, leave, claims, salary adjustments and other payroll-related updates.
4. Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including collection of personal details, employment documents, bank details and statutory information.
5. Conduct onboarding for new joiners and ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience.
6. Ensure client requests, employee matters and pending actions are properly tracked and followed through until completion.
7. Assist in the coordination of public training, in-house training and team building programmes for clients.
8. Assist with HRDC-related submissions, documentation and follow-up where required.
9. Assist in HR projects, internal documentation, reporting and other operational tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee services or a related HR support role.
3. Good understanding of basic HR processes such as onboarding, employee documentation, leave, claims, resignation and payroll updates.
