Senior Associate Consultant

Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery of Projects

1. Lead in project delivery needs to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables are met.
2. Develop and deliver solutions, processes and tools needed to meet project objectives.
3. Proactively identify and solve project-related challenges, ensuring successful outcomes.
4. Support strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders in order to continuously align project delivery with goals and expectations.
5. Oversee and manage the preparation of training and consultancy workshops.
6. Research on relevant topics required for both internal and external projects.
7. Manage and analyse data and information in order to provide insights on projects.

Achieve Client Satisfaction

1. Pre-empt, communicate and resolve any project needs or challenges to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
2. Collaborate with EASY’s business development team to ensure that project delivery meets client expectation and satisfaction.
3. Build, maintain and nurture relationships with clients throughout the project delivery process with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.

Manage and Improve Internal Systems/Process

1. Handle administrative and process management needs for both internal and external projects.
2. Develop and manage internal systems and frameworks to organise documentation and improve duplicability.
3. Improve and standardise project delivery processes.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Min 2 year experience in corporate role
• Leadership of or significant participation in team-based projects is a must
• Long-term volunteering experiences would be an added advantage

• Excellent verbal and written ability in English. 
• Confident, sociable, and persuasive when engaging with stakeholders
• Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving work targets
• Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics

Working arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Petaling Jaya

Salary Range: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00

Malaysian preferred.
