What You Will Do (Daily Duties)

Daily Outreach: Reach out to a target list of potential candidates every day to introduce our Takaful Agent recruitment program. Must reach minimum amount of approach to see your result.

Follow-Ups: Message and contact interested individuals to answer basic questions.

Schedule & Host: Organize and coordinate online interviews (via Zoom/Google Meet) between the candidates and the team lead.

Requirements

Commitment: Ability to dedicate a few focused hours daily to send messages and make calls. Tools

A reliable smartphone, laptop/PC, and a stable internet connection.

Communication: Friendly, polite, and clear communication skills (written and spoken).

Discipline: Since this is 100% remote, you must be self-motivated to complete your daily outreach targets.

No prior Takaful or insurance experience is required! We will guide you on what to say.
