Responsibilities
Adhoc/ Standby Temp receptionist
• Office hours
• Dates Ad hoc basics (on standby only activate when required)
• $11 per hour (1 hr break not paid)
• Attire: Formal office wear - White top, Black bottom and covered shoes
Descriptions:
- Handle phone calls/email corresponds
- Attend to visitors
- Manage front end receptionist duties
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum O level
-Proficient in IT skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
-Experienced in answering telephone calls and in front desk customer service and administration work
-Candidate with at least 1 year experience working as receptionist
