Responsibilities
HAID BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Storekeeper to join our new startup team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all processes.
Warehouse Storekeeper
1、 Core Responsibilities
Receiving Management
Verify incoming goods against documents for quantity and packaging; conduct sampling checks; supervise loading/unloading to ensure accurate and safe warehousing.
Inventory & Shipping Management
Implement FIFO principle, manage storage locations and conduct daily counts to ensure system and physical stock alignment.
Pick and prepare finished goods accurately per sales orders; supervise loading; coordinate logistics; complete shipping documentation.
System Operation & Data Maintenance
Accurately and promptly record all inbound, outbound, and transfer transactions in the system; generate relevant inventory reports.
2、 Key Requirements
Must have forklift cert and need loading and unloading the container daily.
with 1+ years of warehouse experience
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
Familiar with warehouse procedures, proficient in using WMS and office software.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with good communication skills and safety awareness.
Able to handle physical tasks and adapt to a warehouse work environment.
Prefer Singaporean or Permanent Resident
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
