Responsibilities
Enter purchase orders, supplier invoice and check inventory stocks.
Ensure endorsed sales DOs are returned timely from the drivers.
Matching sales DO and sales invoice for uploading into customer portal.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to details.
5-day week, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
