We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

As the Front Desk Receptionist, we rely on you to:

• Check guests in and out efficiently using front desk and reservation systems toensure smooth arrivals and departures
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to provide tailoredsolutions that meet their needs
• Communicate clearly and engage warmly with international and domestic guests to enhance their resort experience
• Maintain smooth and efficient guest service operations to support overall guestsatisfaction
• Contribute actively to improving guest satisfaction scores through attentive service and problem resolution
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a memorable and welcoming resort environment for all guests.

We are looking for someone who :

• Experience using OPMS and other front desk systems for check-in/out and reservations
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills developed through interaction with diverse international and domestic travelers
• Willingness to work shifts including Public Holidays
