Title: Marketing Event Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya (First Avenue), Selangor

Experience: 3+ years

Contract: 12 months (renewable )

Salary: RM5000 - RM7000

Role: Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, supporting the B2B marketing team to plan and execute initiatives that acquire new clients, build existing client relationships, and engage priority segments.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and deliver industry sponsorship events with vendors and agencies

•Manage and deliver client onboarding roadshows

•Support the events manager on high-priority owned events and initiatives

•Work with the creative team to develop and adapt marketing assets

•Track and report on post-event results

•General marketing project support (e.g., translation requests with external vendors, managing swag)

Requirements:

•3–5 years of relevant experience

•Strong written and spoken English

•Events management experience

•Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
