We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with banking and financial services knowledge, especially in Corporate Lending, Wealth Management, and Investment Banking. You will work with business users and technology teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand business needs.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Perform gap analysis and assess impacts of business or regulatory changes.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Corporate Lending

• Support the full loan lifecycle:
  • Loan Origination
  • Credit Assessment
  • Underwriting
  • Approval & Disbursement
  • Covenant Monitoring
  • Loan Servicing
  • Loan Restructuring
• Work with products such as syndicated loans, commercial lending, revolving credit facilities, and trade finance.
• Understand credit risk and regulatory requirements.

Wealth Management

• Support projects related to:
  • Portfolio Management
  • Advisory Services
  • Client Onboarding (KYC/AML)
  • Financial Planning
  • Investment Products
• Analyze client lifecycle processes.
• Work with relationship managers, advisors, and operations teams.
• Support digital wealth management platforms and customer experience improvements.

Investment Banking

• Support processes related to:
  • Capital Markets
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Equity & Debt Issuance
  • Securities Operations
  • Trade Processing
  • Deal Lifecycle Management
• Support front, middle, and back-office transformation initiatives.
• Work with trade lifecycle, market data, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Lending processes and products.
• Good understanding of Wealth Management and investment products.
• Experience in Investment Banking operations and capital markets.
• Knowledge of banking regulations such as KYC, AML, FATCA, MiFID II, and Basel.

Business Analysis Skills

• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Stakeholder management.
• Process mapping (BPMN, Visio).
• Gap analysis and process improvement.
• User stories and acceptance criteria creation.
• Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
