About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator / Operations Executive to support our sales and operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, client service coordination, sales administration, and operational efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and clients.

Sales Operations & Process Management

• Administer and manage sales opportunities, including direct and indirect leads, Proposals/ ITBs.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure compliance with the company sales process.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement programs.
• Monitor sales opportunity progress and ensure timely responses to customers and partners.

• Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender and proposal documents.
• Ensure all submissions meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Track tender status and maintain accurate records throughout the sales cycle.

Client/Partner Relations

• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Schedule meetings and support client engagement activities.
• Assist in client and partner onboarding processes.
• Support relationship-building initiatives with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide administrative support related to client accounts and projects.

Reporting and Documenting

• Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor pipeline data quality, forecasting accuracy, and sales trends.
• Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support management reporting on opportunities, pipeline developments, and sales activities.

Sales Support

• Assist the Sales Manager in account development activities.
• Support preparation of customer presentations and sales materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Administrative

• Manage sales-related documentation and filing systems.
• Monitor and manage sales mailbox communications.
• Support operational and marketing activities when required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, account support, customer service, or related roles.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
