Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing events such as sponsorship events, brand partner events, and community initiatives
- Liaise and support closely with third-party vendors, event organizers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation
- Support marketing campaign execution, including developing key visuals, planning social media content, coordinating campaign exposure, and preparing marketing materials for events
- Provide on-site operational support during events, covering setup, coordination, and troubleshooting
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including documentation and data tracking
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and sharing post-event learnings
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to details
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel and support on-ground event setup when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
