Job Description

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our growing team and manage the procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily purchasing activities and purchase orders

* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers

* Monitor pricing, quality, and delivery schedules

* Maintain good supplier relationships

* Coordinate with Accounts, Store, and Operations teams

* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment

* Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports

* Support cost control and identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

* 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in F&B

* Good negotiation and communication skills

* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
