About the Role

Are you passionate about people, culture, and creating an outstanding employee experience? We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What You'll Do

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Manage employee relations cases and provide guidance on people-related issues.
• Coordinate performance management and talent development activities.
• Ensure HR administration is accurate, timely, and compliant with local labor laws.
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English
