Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Malacca. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, training and development, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, employee welfare, industrial relations and HR-related reporting. The role involves supporting employee relations by handling queries, assisting in resolving workplace issues, and helping to foster a positive, compliant work environment. The Human Resources Executive assists in implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating performance reviews, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring alignment with local labor regulations. The role works closely with management and employees to maintain effective communication and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including experience supporting core HR functions and policies.
- Candidates should possess practical HR Operations skills, such as handling employee records, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including the ability to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, with the ability to interpret, apply, and help communicate policies in line with company standards and Malaysian labor laws.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and HR systems or databases is an advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
