About the Wealth Management Institute (WMI):

Established in 2003, the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) is committed to building capabilities for investing in a better tomorrow. Founded by GIC and Temasek, our vision is to be Asia’s Centre of Excellence for wealth and asset management education and research.


WMI provides a comprehensive suite of practice-based certification and diploma programmes and collaborates with leading universities for master’s degrees. With over 20,000 annual enrolments, WMI serves a diverse community of professionals across Asia—including wealth and asset managers, family offices, and professionals in tax, legal, compliance, and financial regulation across more than 160 programmes. WMI is recognised as Singapore’s lead training provider for private banking and wealth management.


WMI helms the Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle, a trusted network platform that builds capabilities and fosters community within the family office sector. The GFO Circle is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). WMI also leads the Asia Centre for Changemakers (ACC), supported by Temasek Trust and the Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA). The ACC aims to build capacity and nurture a strong pipeline of active and informed changemakers with a focus on Asia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Programme Director to develop, manage and deliver programmes for students including policymakers and financial services regulators. Scope includes liaising with industry members, faculty, agencies, students to coordinate training programmes, coordinating with faculty and guest speakers, preparation of necessary course materials, collating feedback and supporting programme evaluation.
  • Collate and synthesise data into coherent reporting narratives and metrics, including preparation and coordinating timely progress reports including programme progress, outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators, draft high quality, clear reports and presentations
  • Initiating and organising corporate events for programmes in the Compliance practice group, including supporting the outreach, marketing efforts and initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Contribute to the design and production of presentation materials and events collaterals.
  • Maintain clear documentation and audit trails to meet governance requirements
  • Provide support for programme development, operations, delivery and activities as requested by Programme Director


Requirements:

Minimum Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

Experience: Candidates with preferably at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Ideally with experience dealing with government and ministries, education institutes or industry-leading organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven project management experience and ability to multi-task with successful outcomes
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and possess strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • High situational awareness with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage, manage, and sustain dynamic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High energy and positive minded, focused and goal-oriented
