Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across functions, overcome technical challenges, and drive operational excellence in product transfer and new product introduction.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing, quality, and technical challenges.
  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes, methods, and test solutions for new and existing products.
  • Support production activities by ensuring materials, equipment, processes, and technical requirements are in place for smooth operations.
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer, and production ramp-up activities.
  • Coordinate the timely preparation and release of manufacturing documentation, specifications, and technical reports to ensure production readiness.
  • Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor, including assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and process-related issues.
  • Develop and implement clear work instructions and manufacturing documentation to support consistent production execution.
  • Review manufacturing processes, identify potential risks and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and risk assessment methodologies, such as PFMEA, to improve process quality and reliability.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, Bill of Materials (BOM), specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, process efficiency, and manufacturing capability.


Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, keen interest in manufacturing engineering and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Power Apps, Power BI; Design software experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, and Inventor for tooling and fixture development.
  • Familiarity with software programming languages, including Python, VBA, LabVIEW, and C++ for developing test scripts and automation.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels globally and the flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones.
  • Willingness to work in a Class 100 ISO 5 Cleanroom Environment.
