Job Summary:

Leads the delivery of complex technical documentation across multiple projects or teams.

Resolves advanced technical issues, coordinates across disciplines and collaborates closely with project lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production and coordination of technical drawings and documentation for large or complex projects.
• Collaborates closely with Project lead to deliver the project
• Identify and resolve advanced technical and coordination challenges across disciplines.
• Oversee documentation consistency, quality, and compliance across internal teams.
• Manage regulatory submissions and coordinate with authorities on technical queries.
• Collaborate for integration of digital delivery tools and workflows.

Key Competencies:

• Advanced technical knowledge in architectural documentation and detailing.
• Confident in managing technical quality across teams and project stages.
• Skilled in regulatory processes, authority liaison, and submission management.
• Proactive in mentoring teams and improving technical delivery standards.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Registered with BOA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in architectural draftsmanship and technical coordination and Management;
• Experience in large scale, hotel, mixed use development will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes.
• Experience in leading the preparation and development of Architectural submission packages to local Authorities;
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture) preferred.
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage.
