Role Description

The Personal Financial Representative will provide tailored financial advice to clients, helping them clarify goals, assess current financial situations, and design comprehensive wealth plans.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients (in person and virtually), gathering and analyzing financial information, recommending suitable financial products, and monitoring plan performance.

The role also involves educating clients on financial strategies, preparing proposals and reports, and maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Selangor, Malaysia, with a combination of office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong client communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, RFP, PCIL) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in banking sales, mortage sales, wealth management, or related financial services roles is preferred.
