Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular and monthly departmental reports;
• Assist in preparing graph and report for management;
• Collaborate with IT to develop and operationalize ad-hoc business analytics;
• Work with marketing team members to improve the reporting flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• 3 – 5 years or above experience in managing data at a medical beauty centre is preferred;
• Be proficient in B2B system and Excel (e.g.,VlookUp, Pivot Table)
• Be proactive, analytical, alert to potential problems and resourceful in making well-considered suggestions;
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable (depends on qualifications & experience)
