VAT Vakuumventile AG is seeking a strategic Lean Manager to champion continuous improvement across our Malaysian operations. You will lead structured improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, flow optimization, waste elimination) and serve as the Lean contact at site to deploy principles and tools.

You will translate site performance data into prioritized actions, drive measurable impact on productivity, lead time, quality and cost, and establish daily performance management routines.
