KIP Property Services Hiring! Full Time Fit Out Executive in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit-out delivery process to ensure timely and quality shop is delivered

• Review and comment on renovation plans and liaise with retailers, external or internal consultants to ensure retailers obtain approval for concept design, technical and M&E plans prior to the fit-out work

• Coordinate with retailers, representative and internal departments to perform and monitor various site inspection before or after the shop fit-out and to resolve all related fit-out issue including defects rectification after shop open

• Work closely with team members and coordinate between the internal departments (Leasing, maintenance, finance and other departments) for retailers' shop opening

• Prepare and update minutes of meeting, report and checklist required for the fit-out coordination

• Coordinate with retailers and consultants to obtain the necessary approval from the relevant authorities prior to commence trading

• Supervise, facilitate and coordinate on the progress of tenants' interior fit-out works and to resolve issues on a timely manner

• Conduct fit-out briefing/meeting for all tenants' contractors to ensure that all in house contractor fit-out rules and safety standards are strictly adhered to

• Conduct final inspection on completed fit-out works before allowing tenants to operate their scheduled business

• Assist the coordination with appointed architect, engineers, and contractor during special project enhancement and repairing work
