About the role

Jeffcon Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Sales & Admin Executive to join our team on a full time basis at our Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor office. This is a strategic position that bridges sales support and administrative functions, playing a crucial role in driving our business operations forward. You will be responsible for managing key administrative tasks whilst providing essential support to our sales team, ensuring seamless client interactions and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal to maintaining our high standards of customer service and internal organisation.

In line with our expansion in South East Asia market, we seek suitably qualified candidates to join our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to Sales / Technical Department.

• Handle and record Customers' Purchase Orders into AUTOCOUNT.

• Update minutes of meeting during Weekly Meeting.

• Arrangement & coordination of Company Exhibition & events.

• General office administration, booking air ticket & hotel accommodation, deal with office vendors, etc.

• Assist in foundational HR tasks, onboarding & offboarding.

Competency Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Human Resource or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years working experiences in related field.

• Familiar with Autocount software is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
