KIP Property Services Hiring! Full Time Marcom Manager in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

About the role

This role involves working with the Manager, Marcom to strategize and execute marketing events and campaigns for a mall, including concept development, promotion mechanisms, and thematic campaigns such as Fashion Week, School Holiday Campaigns, Book Fairs and Farm in the City.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize concepts and promotion mechanisms for marketing events and campaigns, including preparing campaign proposals and determining GWP redemption tiers, contest mechanics, activities and performances

• Coordinate, execute and run events and campaigns, including sourcing GWP vendors, decoration contractors and suppliers

• Manage the marketing annual income from advertising and promotion space

• Oversee ITQ, EOQ and site coordination for event and campaign decoration fit-out and set-up

• Source suitable tenants and event organizers for A&P spaces, negotiate deals and secure sponsorships

• Liaise with suppliers and event management companies on promotional activities

• Work closely with the Marcom team on events and campaigns, including liaising with the Operations team and obtaining necessary authority licences such as DBKL licences and music licences

• Coordinate tenancy A&P matters with the Leasing and Operations teams

• Compile and prepare monthly management reports

• Support ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and ISO 50001 Energy Management System

• Comply with approved Standard Operating Procedures

• Perform roles as defined in the IMS Manual, applicable procedures and supporting documentation

• Appointed as Team Member of the EHS Committee

• Appointed as Team Member of the Occupational Safety & Health Emergency Response Team – Fire Fighting / Special Team
