In this role, you will support the recruitment lifecycle, helping to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various roles across the organization. You’ll partner directly with leadership to scale our culture without compromising our standards.

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex technical and leadership roles.

• Strategic Sourcing: You’ll use data, networking, and creative outreach to build diverse talent pipelines.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure every person who interacts with us—whether they get the job or not—walks away with a stellar impression of our company.

• Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to tell our story through social media, events, and our careers page.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Track your metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rates) to constantly sharpen our strategy.

• The Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment.

• The Hunter Mindset: You enjoy the "search" and have a proven track record of landing passive candidates.

• The Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and advanced sourcing tools.

• The Communicator: You write compelling copy and can pitch a vision, not just a job description.
