We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Stardust Car Film Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively reach out to potential customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing of deals

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives

• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to help improve sales processes and strategies

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's customer base

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the car accessorries supplies industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns

• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• A self-motivated, driven, and resilient individual with a positive attitude

• Willing to travel within the local region to meet with customers

• Highly driven with a 'hunter' mentality and a tenacious approach to closing deals and expanding market share.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage to liaise with a diverse client base.

• Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
