Trulab Production Sdn Bhd is looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our team. You will work on real client projects and gain hands-on experience in editing content for social media, corporate videos, podcasts, advertisements, and other digital content.

This internship is suitable for someone who is passionate about video editing, enjoys creating engaging content, and wants to develop their skills in a professional production environment.

• Edit short-form and long-form video content.
• Edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, podcasts, corporate videos, and advertisements.
• Trim footage and create smooth, engaging video sequences.
• Add subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
• Perform basic colour correction and audio adjustments.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media content.
• Organise and manage video footage and project files.
• Work closely with the creative and production team.
• Make revisions based on internal or client feedback.
• Ensure videos are completed according to deadlines and project requirements.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Creative Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of video editing.
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, music, and visual presentation.
• Understand basic social media video formats, especially TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
• Willing to learn and open to feedback.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• A portfolio or previous editing work is an advantage.
