Role Description The Creative Designer Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mudigere. This role oversees end-to-end creative direction for digital products and brand experiences, leading the design team in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual and interaction designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding creative strategy, reviewing and refining design outputs, ensuring brand consistency across graphics and digital interfaces, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. The Creative Designer Head will mentor designers, establish design standards and workflows, and champion user-centric design principles in every project. This role also participates in client presentations and internal stakeholder discussions to align creative solutions with business goals.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Design and Branding, with the ability to define and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Advanced skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Experience in Web Design, with a solid understanding of responsive layouts, UI/UX principles, and design systems.
• Proven experience leading creative or design teams, including mentoring, feedback, and project prioritization.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing complex digital products, brand work, and user-centric design solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Mudigere and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
