Job title : Engineering Support Coordinator

Location: Near Subang Airport

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (0800 to 1730)

Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOL (renewable based on performance)

Salary Range : RM2,500 – RM3,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

Interview Mode : Face-to-face

Working Mode : 100% office base

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to engineering teams
• Track and manage inventory of 200–300 parts with accuracy
• Update and maintain data in Excel, SAP, and upcoming systems
• Follow up with internal teams on task completion and status updates
• Ensure smooth movement of parts and workflow progression

Who We’re Looking For

• Open to fresh graduates
• Required someone with Project Management/ Schedule Management skills
• Diploma in Business Administration / Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing)
• Basic computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills for internal coordination
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks (e.g., scanning and handling parts)
