Company Overview

BT Airworks deals with the assembly, maintenance and repairof Unit Load Devices (containers, pellets, nets) and refrigerated containers.

Job Summary

You will perform repairs on Unit Load Devices (ULDs)following company and aviation authority standards, manage administrative tasksaccurately, report discrepancies promptly, and meet production targets tosupport smooth aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Repair Unit Load Devices (ULDs) following relevant Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and the company’s Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) to ensure safety and compliance
• Follow all company and aviation authority regulations and procedures to maintain operational standards
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and submit timely reports to support maintenance tracking and compliance
• Identify and report discrepancies in components or processes promptly to maintain quality and safety standards
• Consistently meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards in repairs and maintenance
• Perform additional repair and maintenance tasks as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Valid Forklift license advantageous.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Basic Salary: $2,300 + Fixed Skill Allowance + Overtime (based on experience)
