Position Summary

As a Producer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex experiential projects, from initial client engagement through concept development, planning, production, execution, and project closure.

You are the overall project owner, balancing creativity, operational excellence, commercial objectives, and client satisfaction. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams—including Account Management, Creative, Production, and external partners—you will ensure every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to Pico's quality standards.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multiple high-profile projects are delivered simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership

• Lead projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Translate client objectives into actionable project strategies.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Drive project milestones and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

2. Client Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary escalation point throughout project delivery.
• Understand client business objectives and recommend innovative experiential solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project progress.
• Address client feedback and incorporate changes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with expectations.

3. Creative Development

• Work closely with the creative team to translate conceptual ideas into visually captivating designs and experiences.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the integrity of the event concept is maintained throughout all elements.

4. Production Management

• Oversee all production activities including (AV & Lighting, Digital content, Multimedia, and Interactive technologies)
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, freelancers, and technical specialists.
• Ensure production quality aligns with Pico standards.

5. Project Management

• Oversee all aspects of event execution, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor management.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Anticipate and mitigate any potential risks or challenges during the planning and execution phases.

6. Event Conceptualization and Planning

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and requirements for each event.
• Develop innovative concepts and themes that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Create comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

7. Innovation & Industry Trends

• Stay informed on:
• Experiential marketing
• Event technologies
• Immersive experiences
• AI applications
• Sustainability
• Audience engagement
• Recommend innovative production techniques and emerging technologies to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Theatre Production, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience producing large-scale events, exhibitions, experiential marketing campaigns, or integrated productions.
• Proven experience managing budgets exceeding SGD 500K.
• Experience working with multinational clients, government agencies, or international brands.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Regional or international project experience.
