The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will operate as a sales and recruitment professional, responsible for developing client relationships and connecting businesses with top talent. You will work closely with experienced consultants and leaders who will provide structured training, coaching, and mentorship to accelerate your development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and business leaders.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction to offer acceptance.
• Conduct market mapping and provide clients with salary benchmarks and hiring insights.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment or other client-facing environments. Fresh graduates with entrepreneurial exposure or involvement in extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working towards targets.
