Key Responsibilities
Manage daily central kitchen office operations, including production hotline/phone enquiries and correspondence with outlets, suppliers, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate production records, batch and traceability logs, and central kitchen databases (SAP B1 and Infolog WMS) related to daily output and stock movement.
Coordinate with raw material, packaging, and equipment suppliers for ordering of production tools, components, ingredients, and consumables, ensuring timely fulfilment against production schedules.
Support the Central Kitchen Manager and production team with document control — SOPs, HACCP/ISO 22000 records, work instructions — and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including SFA food safety licensing, NEA hygiene standards, MOM workplace requirements, and WSH Act/BizSAFE occupational safety standards.
Communicate with outlet clients and suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation to ensure smooth cold chain fulfilment to all 24+ outlets.
Requirements:
Prior with 2 years’ experience in administrative coordination, ideally within a food production, F&B, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Comfortable working with production/inventory systems (e.g. SAP B1, WMS) and proficient with MS office (Excel, word, outlook).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage document control and reporting deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen operations setting.
Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers, outlet clients, and internal production/compliance teams.
Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, food safety and workplace safety regulatory requirements (SFA, NEA, MOM, WSH).
