We are looking for a passionate and creative Chef to join our team. If you enjoy creating new recipes, maintaining high food quality, and running kitchen operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new menu items and seasonal products across different cuisines

• Conduct recipe testing and product development (R&D)

• Prepare and produce menu items in accordance with our quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and the latest culinary techniques to keep our menu fresh and competitive

• Prepare recipe costings and monitor food costs and yields to maintain quality and profitability

• Create, review, and update SOPs, recipes, and production guidelines

• Train and guide kitchen staff on food preparation and company procedures

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock-taking while minimising food wastage

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards

• Support daily kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Passion for food innovation and continuous improvement

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary experience

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant professional culinary qualification is preferred

• Experience in menu development, recipe standardisation, and food costing

• Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory management

• Good communication and team leadership skills

• Hands-on, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements
