Job Summary

Lead the development and management of project-specific BIM Execution Plans, coordinate BIM collaboration among stakeholders, and ensure accurate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle for timely and compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans to guide BIM processes and standards
  • Maintain and update precise BIM models throughout the entire project lifecycle to support design and construction activities
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth BIM collaboration
  • Chair regular BIM meetings with subcontractors’ BIM representatives to identify and resolve model clashes effectively
  • Oversee BIM data exchange processes to ensure accurate and timely information sharing among project teams
  • Produce detailed plans, elevations, and section drawings derived from BIM models to support site progress and construction needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of drawing production aligned with site progress requirements
  • Implement and enforce BIM standards and Levels of Development to maintain model quality and consistency
  • Prepare accurate and complete as-built BIM models for handover to facility management teams or clients, including all necessary documentation
  • Develop and run 4D/5D simulations to support project scheduling and cost analysis
  • Prepare BIM models for clash detection coordination to identify and mitigate design conflicts early
  • Apply knowledge of local construction regulations to ensure BIM compliance with statutory requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc BIM-related tasks necessary to support project progression and stakeholder needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Construction, BIM-related field, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of BIM experience within a main contractor environment
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for Architecture and Structure, Navisworks, and clash detection software
  • Strong attention to detail and self-driven work ethic with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage BIM responsibilities autonomously
