Comfort Italian operates high-quality dining concepts in Singapore, including Salt & Soul and Tavola Aperta. We are seeking a strategic, revenue-driven Marketing Manager to own portfolio growth, lead high-impact brand partnerships, and oversee total campaign execution across our concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth & P&L Accountability: Own the marketing budget, develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase cover counts, average check size, and top-line revenue.

• Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Lead high-level partnership strategy—identifying, negotiating, and executing scalable co-branding initiatives, corporate partnerships, and brand collaborations to drive customer acquisition.

• Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Define long-term brand positioning and campaign calendars for Salt & Soul and Tavola Aperta, ensuring distinct positioning and market relevance for each concept.

• 360 Omnichannel Marketing & PR: Direct performance marketing, social media, CRM, and public relations strategies. Build top-tier relationships with media outlets, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.

• Customer Retention & Analytics: Drive guest loyalty and VIP programs using CRM data and guest analytics to improve customer lifetime value, repeat visit frequency, and retention rates.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with culinary, operations, and finance leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capacity, cost structures, and flawless menu execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in Singapore’s F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

• Demonstrated success owning marketing budgets, delivering commercial revenue growth, and negotiating high-value partnerships.

• Strong network of media contacts, lifestyle brands, corporate partners, and agencies in Singapore.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.
