Job Purpose
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR and office administration activities, ensuring effective people operations and a well-organized workplace. The role will also support the establishment and development of office and HR processes for the company's Ireland operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, leave, attendance and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.
Office Management & Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, contracts and service providers.
- Maintain office policies, procedures and administrative records.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT and other functions on office-related matters.
- Support the setup and administrative requirements of new offices, including the Ireland office.
Ireland / Regional Support
- Support the planning and establishment of HR and office administration processes for the Ireland operation.
- Coordinate with management and relevant stakeholders on the transition and relocation to Ireland.
- Support employee relocation and onboarding activities where required.
- Undertake other HR and administrative projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant HR and office administration experience, preferably in a small/medium-sized or growing organisation.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employment practices.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and build processes from the ground up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Experience supporting an international or multi-country organisation would be an advantage.
