Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR and office administration activities, ensuring effective people operations and a well-organized workplace. The role will also support the establishment and development of office and HR processes for the company's Ireland operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, leave, attendance and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
  • Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.

Office Management & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, contracts and service providers.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT and other functions on office-related matters.
  • Support the setup and administrative requirements of new offices, including the Ireland office.

Ireland / Regional Support

  • Support the planning and establishment of HR and office administration processes for the Ireland operation.
  • Coordinate with management and relevant stakeholders on the transition and relocation to Ireland.
  • Support employee relocation and onboarding activities where required.
  • Undertake other HR and administrative projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant HR and office administration experience, preferably in a small/medium-sized or growing organisation.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and employment practices.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and build processes from the ground up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Experience supporting an international or multi-country organisation would be an advantage.
