RECOVERY OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact customers via telephone regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements with customers.
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collection.
- Update customer information and collection activities in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and company guidelines during collection activities.
Industry Exposure: Gain exclusive opportunities to manage strategic accounts for leading financial institutions such as BSN, MBSB, AEON Credit, PTPK, MARA, and other established organisations.
Attractive Income Package: Enjoy a competitive basic salary (RM1,700 – RM2,500) plus an attractive uncapped commission scheme, with earning potential of RM5,000+ per month.
Requirements:
-Malaysian citizens only.
-Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.

-Confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
