About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on CreativeDesigner with strong graphic design foundations who can translate event concepts and client briefs into clear visual directions, polished layouts and accurate production artwork. You will work across key visuals, event branding, campaign assets, environmental graphics and presentation mock-ups, taking ideas from concept through to real-world execution.

This role suits a designer who enjoys creative variety and wants to see their work physically produced. You should care about typography and composition, while also being comfortable checking dimensions, specifications, proofs and final installations.

What You'll Be Doing

•    Develop visual directions and key visuals for pitches, events, activations and experiential campaigns.

•    Adapt approved concepts across digital, print and on-site applications, including campaign assets, presentation decks, signage, stage and backdrop graphics, wayfinding, merchandise and sponsor deliverables.

•    Create mood boards, layouts, visual mock-ups and presentation visuals that communicate ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.

•    Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork with the correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour settings and output formats.

•    Work with project, marketing and production teams, as well as printers, fabricators and other vendors, to turn design intent into practical outputs.

•    Review proofs, samples and installed graphics for quality and brand consistency, making timely adjustments when required.

•    Manage revisions, file versions and competing deadlines across multiple projects without losing attention to detail.

•    Attend selected site visits, installations and key event days when creative checks or on-site adjustments are needed.

•    Where it matches your capabilities, create or interpret 3D visualisations, spatial mock-ups andsimple venue views to support pitches and event planning.
