We’re looking for an Integrated Creative Designer who is passionate about creating ideas and visuals that work seamlessly across different platforms and touchpoints.

This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. You’ll work across branding, campaigns, digital, social media, eCommerce, retail, photography, video and AI-generated content to create consistent and engaging brand experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design across print, digital, social media, eCommerce and retail touchpoints.
• Create campaign key visuals, marketing materials, packaging, POSM and digital content.
• Support and participate in photo and video shoots, from concept and moodboard to execution.
• Create and adapt short-form video, motion graphics and social content.
• Explore and apply AI creative tools for image, video and content generation.
• Translate one creative idea effectively across multiple formats and platforms.
• Work closely with different teams - Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Product and others to bring campaigns to life.
• Ensure creative output remains consistent with the brand identity while continuously exploring fresh approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic & Multimedia Design.
• Strong foundation in graphic design, typography, layout and visual storytelling, with skills in product photography, video production and editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of PageFly, Google Web Designer, HTML/HTML5, CSS or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Comfortable exploring and applying AI image and video generation tools as part of the creative process.
• Sincere, proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and passion for producing impactful, high-quality work.
• Able to think beyond a single artwork and understand how a creative idea can be translated across an integrated campaign and multiple touchpoints.
• Possess a good eye for contemporary design, lifestyle trends, social content and branding.
• Hands-on, resourceful and adaptable, with a willingness to explore and experiment with new creative approaches.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You may start with a campaign idea in the morning, work on a social video in the afternoon, prepare for a product shoot the next day, and explore an AI-generated visual for the next campaign.
