Receptionist / Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA)

Location: Kota Damansara / Setapak
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (Basic Salary)

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Receptionist / Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) to join our dental clinic team. This role combines patient-facing reception duties with hands-on assistance during dental procedures. Newcomers are welcome, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Manage patient appointments, enquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist dentists during examinations, treatments, and dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each procedure.
• Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilise dental instruments and equipment.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and properly stocked.
• Follow infection-control, hygiene, and clinic safety procedures.
• Assist with stock monitoring and organisation of dental supplies.
• Handle basic front-desk and administrative duties when required.
• Coordinate with dentists and other team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Carry out other clinic-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with patients of different ages and backgrounds.
• Newcomers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) is an advantage.
