Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s daily accounting and finance operations.
• Must full account.
• Review and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Review Statement of Account (SOA) and perform customer/supplier reconciliation.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial analysis.
• Monitor company cash flow, payments, collections, and banking transactions.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and supported by relevant documents.
• Review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor the company’s financial performance and highlight significant variances to management.
• Establish and maintain proper internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
• Supervise, guide, and review the work of accounting staff.
• Assist management in financial planning, cost control, and business decision-making.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
