Foodpanda Hiring! Full Time Manager, Strategic Partnerships in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Lead, this role will drive a portfolio of regional and country-level partnerships across Pandora markets (foodpanda, Foodora, Yemeksepeti). The role combines commercial deal-making with hands-on campaign execution, hunting new partner opportunities, holding live relationships and optimising campaign performance in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of regional partner conversations end-to-end from initial outreach and commercial structuring through to legal alignment, GTM and go-live
• Work closely with country MDO teams on local partnerships, providing frameworks, joining partner conversations, driving closure and unblocking negotiations
• Optimise live campaigns : monitor performance, iterate on offer construct, coordinate with growth and analytics to improve incrementality and ROI
• Build and manage pipeline : prospect new partners across banking, fintech, telco, e-commerce and travel categories, prioritising by opportunity size and strategic fit
• Manage external partner relationships : act as the day-to-day partner point of contact for the portfolio, ensuring smooth commercial and operational execution
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders : legal, product, marketing, growth and country teams to move partnerships forward
• Contribute to charter reporting : pipeline updates, campaign performance and CXO-level reviews

What We Are Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or consumer growth roles
• Track record of closing and scaling consumer partnerships : ideally with consumer tech, banks, fintechs, telcos or platforms
• Strong commercial acumen : comfortable structuring deals, negotiating and holding senior stakeholder relationships
• Analytical mindset : comfortable working with performance data, funnels and business cases
• Ability to work across markets and cultures across 15 markets in APAC, Europe and Turkey
• Bias for action, ownership and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-scaling charter
