AA Expert Solution is a growing renovation, construction and maintenance company serving residential and commercial clients across the Klang Valley. We are expanding our site team and currently hiring for two positions.

We are hiring for:

• Site Technician (Renovation & Maintenance)
• Site Supervisor (Renovation, Construction & Maintenance)

Both roles are based in Kajang with travel to project sites around the Klang Valley. Please state clearly which position you are applying for.

SITE TECHNICIAN (RENOVATION & MAINTENANCE)

Salary: RM2,000 to RM2,500 per month, negotiable based on experience Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a hands on Site Technician who is comfortable working on site every day and can be trusted to complete a job properly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Carry out renovation, installation and repair works on site, including tiling, painting and touch up, carpentry, minor plumbing and minor electrical
• Attend client service calls and complaints, inspect the issue and carry out the repair
• Receive and check materials delivered to site for quantity, specification and condition
• Handle power tools and equipment and keep them in good working condition
• Take before, during and after photos and submit a daily progress report to the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience, or SKM Level 2, Certificate or Diploma in a related technical field
• Valid Class D driving licence
• Able to read simple drawings and layout plans
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands on work
• Willing to travel around the Klang Valley and to work overtime when required
• Able to use WhatsApp for daily reporting and site photos

Added advantage

• Experience in renovation, fit out or building maintenance
• Skilled in more than one type of work

SITE SUPERVISOR (RENOVATION, CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE)

Salary: RM2,000 to RM2,500 per month, negotiable based on experience Employment Type: Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take charge of our project sites. You will lead the on ground team and make sure every project is delivered on time, to specification, safely, and to a standard our customers are proud of.

Site and team leadership

• Supervise all site activities and keep progress on track
• Manage workers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and company instructions

Project and quality

• Monitor progress, flag issues early and take corrective action
• Conduct quality inspections before handover and minimise defects
• Report progress to management and attend site meetings

Safety and materials

• Enforce safety SOP and report any risks
• Check incoming materials, control usage and reduce wastage

Documentation and customers

• Take before, during and after photos, and maintain daily reports and progress records
• Prepare variation orders when needed
• Liaise with customers on site and keep them updated

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in construction or renovation
• Able to read technical drawings
• Proven ability to lead and manage workers
• Valid driving licence
• Strong in leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, quality control and material planning
