• Manage the daily operations and administration of the condominium Management Office.
• Handle residents’ and parcel owners’ enquiries, complaints and requests professionally.
• Prepare and issue notices, circulars, letters and other management correspondence.
• Maintain proper records of residents, units, complaints, applications and management documents.
• Assist in the management of service charge, sinking fund, billing and payment-related matters.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and other services.
• Monitor the condition of common areas and facilities and report maintenance issues to the relevant parties.
• Assist in monitoring contractors’ work and ensuring that services are carried out according to requirements.
• Handle renovation, move-in/move-out and other applications in accordance with the condominium’s house rules and procedures.
• Assist in enforcing house rules and regulations and issue notices for violations when required.
• Assist with preparation for Management Committee meetings, including documents, reports and minutes.
• Liaise with the Management Committee, residents, contractors, auditors and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment documents, correspondence and other records.
• Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Management Committee.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
