Kampung Gym is seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager based out of our Austin Head Office to take full operational ownership of all our gym outlets. You will directly manage and lead three key operational pillars across all branches: Customer Support (CS), Facilities & Equipment Maintenance, and the Cleaning Team.
As the ultimate operational lead, you will enforce high hygiene standards, ensure 100% equipment uptime, maintain smooth customer support, and serve as the final backup anchor for our 24/7 network.

- Facilities & Maintenance Operations: Oversee the 24/7 Maintenance & Emergency Response Technicians. Ensure routine machinery repairs, plumbing/electrical fixes, CCTV monitoring, and vendor management are handled seamlessly.
- Customer Service Leadership: Manage the CS team handling member inquiries, door access support, membership requests (freezes, cancellations), and resolve high-priority customer escalations.
- Cleaning & Hygiene Management: Supervise on-site and mobile cleaning staff across all branches. Establish strict cleaning SOPs, conduct regular hygiene audits (restrooms, workout areas, equipment sanitization), and manage cleaning supplies/consumables inventory.
- Team & Rostering Management: Prepare shift rosters, schedule branch patrol routes, monitor staff KPIs, and ensure optimal headcount coverage for Cleaning and Maintenance teams.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all branches comply with health, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- 24-Hour Backup & Incident Support: Act as the ultimate escalation point and emergency backup. If the front-line Customer Support or Night Duty team fails to respond to after-hours emergency calls (door access failures, security alarms, or facility emergencies), step in immediately to resolve the incident and maintain 24/7 operational continuity.
