Purpose of the Job:
Part of HPPM, H&P new product innovation team for new product/process improvement based on customer/market needs.
Main Accountabilities:
1.Identify, report on and improve safety related issues in intermediate working environment using available tools and systems.
2.Support innovation project development and plant-scale up initiated by supervisor.
3.Plan, engage in, and conduct tests and experiments in structural approaches to ensure delivery of project on time.
4.Observe, analyse, and interpret complex analytical datasets.
5.Document findings in technical report and communicate results to supervisor.
6.Support development of new test method to strengthen innovation competitiveness.
7.Support review of related patent monitoring in Intellectual Property practices.
8.Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
