JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain, Hands on & Handling operation of the boilers unit by ensuring it is running in good conditions & operate in the most effective & efficient manner in daily operation.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities pertaining to the boiler.
- Responsible for administration and supervision of personnel assigned to his/her charge.
- To prepare monthly inventory reports, maintenance report, Boiler Log sheet.
- To prepare, analyse and present the findings report to the management.
- Supervise, operate, manage, and maintain the steam boiler according to standard operation procedure (SOP) and JKKP standards. Monitor and ensure the boiler’s daily operation log is updated promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with external contractors & relevant authorities.
- To ensure safety working environment clean working area & maintain good housekeeping maintenance of boiler house
- Other ad hoc task assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST HAVE Boilerman Certification Grade 2 certificate issued by DOSH.
- Self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of safety, health, environmental standards, and requirements.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, energy management concepts, and theories, as well as supply and demand side strategies for efficiency improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Must be able to work on long hours/over time.
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Application

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,999.00 per month

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
