Are you currently based in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor and looking for a new opportunity in Food R&D / Product Development?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Development (R&D) Executive to join our team in Bidor, Perak.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve food products, especially sauces and condiments
• Conduct product trials, formulation, testing, and product improvement
• Research new ingredients and food product concepts
• Monitor product quality, taste, texture, and consistency
• Coordinate product development from concept to production
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and other departments
• Prepare product specifications, reports, and R&D documentation
• Troubleshoot formulation and product-related issues
• Support new product development and product launches

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Relevant experience in Food R&D / Product Development
• Experience with sauces, condiments, seasoning, or food formulation is an advantage
• Good knowledge of food ingredients and formulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to conduct product trials independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to relocate to Bidor, Perak
